Seatbelts controversial issue after bus sudden breaks to avoid speeding car

A speeding kiasu parent was speeding along Semei road to avoid traffic jams after school, and  caused bus driver Ah Seng to sudden break. This caused the student at the first row of seats went flying straight at the windscreen. Tan Ah Kow, 12, suddenly had his seat belt unbuckled, and hit the windscreen headfirst. He is now in a coma in Ice Cream Hospital. Comfort DelGro, the owner of the bus declined to comment
